Bruce sits on the Board of Advisors of TVS Digital, a new venture arm of TVS Motor Company, which completed investments in four AI, IoT and predictive analytics companies to create a comprehensive platform for the connected factory. He also sits on the Board of Altizon, an industrial IoT company, advising it on go-to-market strategy and talent development, and building a global partner ecosystem, and on the Board of Scienaptic Systems, a leading AI-powered credit underwriting company, advising on global expansion, client relationships and sales enhancements.

Bruce brings a deep background in P&L management, go-to-market and M&A, with earlier senior management roles at NCR, AT&T and Lexmark.

He received an MBA and bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stetson University and attended the Wharton Executive Education Program. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Stetson University. Throughout his career, Bruce and his family have moved many times, including living in Singapore for five years. She joined Fitch as a credit analyst for the financial institutions group and subsequently managed the teams focused on investment and money center banks, and asset management firms.

Prior to joining Fitch, Ms. Fahey was a National Bank Examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she was a member of the multinational banking group, examining capital markets and trading operations of U.S. money center banks.

In the leadership of cyber security strategy and transformation and delivery of Enterprise Information Risk Management, Gavin drives the development and execution of the cyber security strategy across the Verizon Corporation.  Additionally, he leads the Enterprise Information Risk Management function and strategy, covering information & cyber risk, policy, standards, governance and compliance management practices, to ensure that Verizon’s information assets are adequately protected throughout the full system lifecycle and ensuring that operations and controls meet Verizon’s policy, legal, regulatory and governance requirements.

DXC was formed in 2017 when Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) spun out its Enterprise Services business and combined it with Computer Sciences Corp.  (CSC).  At HPE, Gavin served as Global Director of Information Risk Management, Enterprise Security Services, where he led a global organization of more than 1,800 security and compliance professionals to underpin HPE’s services with solid Security and Compliance operations and frameworks and drive significant revenue growth by driving strategic direction for clients through C-Level advisory engagement.  In partnership with the Legal department, Gavin served as the primary interface with strategic global clients and with various external agencies and government entities around the globe.

Olga has over 20 years of working experience in compliance, corporate governance, risk management and internal audit matters, built on international projects working for EY Brazil, EY London and Braskem, prior serving as Odebrecht´s CCO.

In April 2016, when Odebrecht announced that it would collaborate with the authorities and it would begin a transformation process, she accepted the position of CCO for Odebrecht S.A , the Holding Company of the group, reporting directly to board of director's members with the challenge of setting the group’s Compliance program, leads its implementation, and also for  overseeing the implementation of the compliance commitments set out in leniency agreements signed with authorities.

Prior to UNICEF, he was the Director of Programming, Budgeting Finance and Accounting  of the AU Commission (AUC) and Financial Controller of the African Union (AU), where he led the adoption and implementation of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), reformed Programme planning, Budgeting and Resource management and improved risk management regarding the AU Peace Support Operations and contributed to the development of the AU long-term strategic framework of Agenda 2063.

Earlier, he held positions in financial management, programme planning, and management advisory and assurance services at several international development organizations in Africa and Asia, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), while partnering with multilateral organizations such as the African Development Bank, European Union, International Monetary Fund and the World Bank as well as a host of bilateral donors. He had previously also served as an Assistant Auditor-General in the Office of the Auditor-General of Ghana.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton and a Master of Science Degree in Audit and Consultancy from Birmingham City University, both in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), U.K  and has several other certifications and memberships including being an Associate Members of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) -U.K, Certified member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – U.K, Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI)– U.K and Member, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
